New Wednesday LEGO Sets Announced, But When Will They Land in India?

LEGO has finally decided to grace us with some Wednesday-themed sets. After what feels like an eternity of waiting, two new additions are dropping just in time for Halloween. We're talking about the 76787 Wednesday Backpack and the 890-piece 76788 Nevermore Academy. The latter is particularly exciting as it includes the first-ever Wednesday minifigure, alongside some printed statue figures for the microscale school.

The Wednesday Backpack set comes with 401 pieces and features Wednesday and Thing. The Nevermore Academy set, at 890 pieces, includes Wednesday and Enid as statue figures. Both sets are scheduled for a global release on October 1st. Brickset reports the prices as £34.99 for the backpack and £59.99 for the academy.

Now, the crucial question for us: when do these arrive in India, and at what cost? Given that these are brand new announcements, there's no official Indian pricing or release date yet. We can estimate based on the UK prices, but it's always a gamble. The backpack at £34.99 (around ₹3,700) and the academy at £59.99 (around ₹6,300) are not insignificant investments.
