LEGO Yu-Gi-Oh! Exodia Set Announced, Price and Details Still Unknown

The wallet is already bracing itself. LEGO Ideas has officially announced the winner of the "Yu-Gi-Oh! It’s Time to Duel!" fan vote, and it’s the one and only Exodia. This means the legendary "Forbidden One" will be the very first official LEGO Yu-Gi-Oh! set. Congratulations to Step_on_a_Brick for bringing this iconic monster to brick form.

The winning design showcases Exodia in all its five-piece glory, a clear nod to its game-winning ability. Alongside Exodia, the fan submission also includes a brick-built Yugi Mutou. The article hints at the inclusion of Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, though specifics remain vague. For the Seto Kaiba fans out there, it seems you'll have to wait; he's not part of this initial announcement, and neither is the anticipated Blue-Eyes White Dragon.

Now, before you start clearing shelf space and checking exchange rates, remember this: the design is far from final. LEGO Ideas takes time to formalize these fan-submitted concepts. We're talking months, possibly even over a year, before we get concrete details on piece count, the final price, and the official release date. The original submission aimed for a Yugi Mutou minifigure, and fans are hoping LEGO makes that a reality. It would be a shame to secure such a popular anime license and not deliver a proper Yugi Mutou minifigure.

Given the uncertainty around pricing and availability, it’s impossible to give a definitive Indian price point. If this were officially sold in India, it would cost roughly the same as 18 months of Netflix — assuming LEGO India's usual enthusiasm for your wallet. MyBrickHouse and Toycra are the stores to watch for future availability. Code ABHINAV12 takes 12% off full-price sets at Toycra, minimum order ₹500. Expect a 4–6 week lag from global launch once details emerge. This is a major win for Yu-Gi-Oh! fans and a significant move for LEGO Ideas, tapping into a beloved franchise with a truly legendary monster. Keep an eye out for further updates as LEGO works its magic on Exodia.

On that bombshell, bubyee.
