LEGO The Legend of Zelda Link and Epona: A New Nintendo Collaboration Revealed!

Nintendo dropped a surprise during their 40th Anniversary stream: a new LEGO set featuring Link and Epona. Yes, the iconic duo from Ocarina of Time are getting the brick treatment. This isn't just a few minifigures; it's a buildable sculpture capturing Epona rearing up, with Link in a dynamic pose.

The sculpt looks incredible. Link sports a brand new moulded face, reminiscent of the special faces seen on the LEGO Messi and Ronaldo figures. It’s a significant upgrade from older Zelda sets, and the pose of Epona is truly impressive. This is a fantastic interpretation of the characters in LEGO form, especially for long-time fans of the series.

Following up on the recently revealed Great Deku Tree and Final Battle sets, this adds another Ocarina of Time piece to the collection. It’s great to see LEGO and Nintendo expanding their partnership, but it also begs the question: what’s next? The source mentions hopes for sets based on Wind Waker or Majora’s Mask, and frankly, so do we. There’s a whole Hyrule out there waiting to be built.

No official release date, piece count, or pricing has been shared yet. This means we’re in that familiar waiting period where anticipation builds, but the reality of the price tag remains unknown. For Indian fans, this uncertainty is amplified. Without an official MRP, we can only guess at the final cost.

No Indian store prices are available yet, and no specific set number has been confirmed. Based on the nature of the reveal and similar large display pieces, expect this to be a premium set. If this were officially sold in India, it would cost roughly the same as 18 months of Netflix – assuming LEGO India's usual enthusiasm for your wallet. MyBrickHouse and Toycra will be the stores to watch for updates. Code ABHINAV12 takes 12% off full-price sets at Toycra, minimum order ₹500. Expect a 4–6 week lag from global launch if and when it arrives.

This new Link and Epona set looks like a must-have for Zelda fans, provided the final build and price align with expectations. Keep an eye on official announcements for more details.

On that bombshell, bubyee.
