LEGO Pokémon Smart Play 2027 Sets Teased — Silhouettes Revealed! (2027)

The LEGO Group is teasing new Pokémon Smart Play sets for 2027. These were shown off at Pokemon XP, which is apparently a global LEGO Pokémon fan convention happening alongside the Pokémon World Championships. A teaser video dropped, giving us a look at the current Smart Play characters.

Towards the end of the teaser, some silhouettes appeared. These are expected to be upcoming Pokémon Smart Play models for 2027. Sharp-eyed fans might recognise these shapes. Based on the silhouettes, we could be looking at Wingull, Mankey, Pichu, Grookey, and Charcadet joining the LEGO Pokémon Smart Play line-up. It’s still very early days, and we only have these shadowy outlines to go on, so don’t get too excited just yet.

This is a smart play by LEGO and The Pokémon Company. They’re building anticipation for 2027 by showing just enough to get fans talking at a dedicated convention. The Smart Play line, which involves interactive elements, could be a good fit for the Pokémon universe. Imagine tapping a Pikachu figure to trigger a sound effect or a small animation on a linked device.

No official set numbers have been revealed yet, and these are likely still in the very early stages of development. The silhouettes are designed to be recognisable to dedicated fans but vague enough that the final models could still change significantly. We’ll have to wait for more concrete information to emerge closer to 2027 to see what these actually look like and how they function. For now, it’s just a tease.

No Indian store prices yet. MyBrickHouse and Toycra are the stores to watch for future availability. Code ABHINAV12 takes 12% off full-price sets at Toycra, minimum order ₹500.

Keep an eye out for more LEGO Pokémon news as 2027 approaches.

Verdict: IMPORT ONLY. Not in Indian stores — grey market or wait.

On that bombshell, bubyee.
