LEGO Megatron BrickHeadz: A Tiny Transformer for Your Shelf (No Set Number Yet)

LEGO announced Megatron. Yes, that Megatron. The leader of the Decepticons. He is coming as a BrickHeadz set. This is not the giant, transforming Masterpiece Megatron you might have dreamed of. It is a small, blocky representation. Perfect for a desk where space is tight. Or if your wallet is still recovering from the UCS Millennium Falcon.

We do not have an official set number yet. This means no confirmed Indian pricing either. BrickHeadz usually hover around the ₹1,500–2,500 mark in India. But this is a licensed character. That often means a slight premium. Or a significant one. We have seen it before. Expect it to be on the higher end of that range. Or maybe a bit more.

The YouTube video shows a fairly standard BrickHeadz build. Two figures, Megatron and a tiny, non-transforming jet that might be Starscream or just a generic Decepticon vehicle. It is cute. It is recognizable. It is not going to replace your Masterpiece collection. But it is Megatron. In LEGO form. For the first time. This is a big deal for Transformer fans. Especially those who prefer their robots to stay put on a shelf. And not require a second mortgage.

No specific Indian store prices are available yet for the LEGO Megatron BrickHeadz. Based on typical BrickHeadz pricing and the licensed nature of this character, expect it to land somewhere between ₹2,000–3,000 when it eventually appears. That is roughly the cost of 10 large plates of butter chicken. MyBrickHouse and Toycra will be the first places to check. Code ABHINAV12 takes 12% off full-price sets at Toycra, minimum order ₹500. Expect a 4–6 week lag from global launch before it hits Indian shelves.

This is not a must-buy for everyone. If you are expecting a transforming robot, look elsewhere. If you love BrickHeadz and are a Transformers fan, this is a neat addition. It is a display piece. Nothing more.

WAIT It is a niche product with uncertain pricing.

Verdict: WAIT. Good set, but the price will drop.

On that bombshell, bubyee.
