LEGO May 2 Reveals: City, Creator, and Festival Sets Land in India Soon?

LEGO dropped a bunch of new sets on May 2nd. Your wallet is probably already bracing itself. We are looking at new additions to the City, Creator 3-in-1, and Chinese Festival themes. The video covers several potential releases, including what look like new train sets, a pirate-themed set, a van, and even a roller coaster.

The City theme seems to be getting some exciting new vehicles and play features. If you are into the smaller, more accessible builds, these will likely be on your radar. The Creator 3-in-1 line continues its tradition of offering multiple build possibilities, which is always a good value proposition for the price. These are the sets that let you get a lot of brick mileage for your money.

The Chinese Festival theme, which has been popular, is also getting new sets. These often feature intricate designs and cultural relevance, making them stand out. Expect bright colours and unique elements. The mention of trains and a roller coaster suggests some larger, more ambitious sets might be on the way. These tend to be the ones that require a bit more display space and a slightly deeper dive into your savings.

No specific set numbers or Indian pricing have been confirmed yet. This usually means we are in that familiar waiting game. Global prices are available for some of these, but converting that to INR and factoring in Indian retail markups is always a guessing game. It is best to hold off on any firm financial commitments until official Indian pricing is announced.

No Indian store prices are available for these newly revealed sets yet. MyBrickHouse and Toycra are the stores to watch for their eventual release in India. Expect a 4–6 week lag from the global launch date for these to appear on Indian shelves. Code ABHINAV12 takes 12% off full-price sets at Toycra, minimum order ₹500.

On that bombshell, bubyee.
