LEGO 76476 Ministry of Magic Collectors’ Edition Revealed for 2026

Your wallet just got a heads-up. LEGO has officially pulled back the curtain on their big Harry Potter exclusive for 2026: the Ministry of Magic – Collectors’ Edition, set number 76476. This massive 3,491-piece set is slated for release on August 29, 2026, tying in with global cinema screenings celebrating the 25th anniversary of the first Harry Potter movie.

The set builds a minifigure-scale Ministry of Magic, towering at 51cm (20 inches) tall and 35cm (13.5 inches) wide. It includes the London street level above and the iconic Hall of Prophecies within the Department of Mysteries below. A whopping 14 minifigures are included, featuring a mix of familiar faces and some notable absences. We're talking Harry, Ron, Hermione, Sirius Black, Kingsley Shacklebolt, Arabella Figg, Nymphadora Tonks, Arthur Weasley, Mad Eye Moody, Albus Dumbledore, Lucius Malfoy, Antonin Dolohov, and Professor Umbridge. Shacklebolt’s Lynx Patronus is also part of the deal, continuing the collectible theme.

While it boasts impressive dimensions and a decent minifigure lineup, the US$449.99 price tag raises eyebrows. The source article itself notes the price seems a bit over the top, especially considering some characters like Luna Lovegood are missing. The design leans more towards a playset than a pure display piece, which might divide opinion among fans. It's also interesting that no Gift with Purchase has been announced yet, which is unusual for these large exclusives.

This set is confirmed to be an exclusive release, available only through LEGO.com or official LEGO Stores.

It’s now sold in India; today’s price is on its set page. This set is not expected to be available through Indian retailers like Toycra or MyBrickHouse anytime soon. Code ABHINAV12 takes 12% off full-price sets at Toycra, minimum order ₹500. Expect a 4–6 week lag from global launch for any potential availability.

Given its exclusive nature and premium price point, this is definitely one to consider carefully. The official release date is set for August 29, 2026, with early access for LEGO Insiders.

On that bombshell...

Verdict: IMPORT ONLY. Not in Indian stores — grey market or wait.

Correction (3 October 2026): we removed a US price, and any rupee figure worked out from it, because it isn't the Indian price.
