LEGO 43024 Ayrton Senna Helmet Officially Unveiled

Your wallet called. It wants to discuss the LEGO Ayrton Senna Helmet. This is the latest addition to the LEGO Formula 1 Helmet Collection, and it’s a big one for fans of the legendary Brazilian driver.

Set number 43024, this 931-piece helmet celebrates Senna’s iconic 1988 Formula One World Drivers’ Championship title. Unlike some recent additions to the collection, this one dives into F1 history, featuring a driver who raced before many of us were even thinking about building with LEGO. It joins helmets from drivers like Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton, but this is LEGO Editions’ first historical driver.

The source mentions that almost all decorations are printed, with only stickers on the visor. This is a good sign for build quality and display longevity. You’ll find period-accurate brand logos, including the retro BOSS and Nacional logos, adding a nice touch of authenticity. The article also notes that the accompanying Senna minifigure is brilliant, featuring the "Seninha" character and even coming with its own race helmet – something that was apparently missing from previous versions. LEGO is even debuting new printing technology, managing to print on the back of a motorcycle helmet element for the first time. If you want a full race-suit Senna, you can find him in the 10330 McLaren MP4/4 & Ayrton Senna set.

This helmet is set to release on September 1, 2026. Pre-orders are open now on LEGO.com and local LEGO Stores.

In India, the LEGO Ayrton Senna Helmet (43024) has an official MRP of ₹8,600. That’s roughly 10 months of Spotify Premium Family Plan. While no specific store prices are live yet, expect MyBrickHouse and Toycra to list it within 4–6 weeks of the global launch. Code ABHINAV12 takes 12% off full-price sets at Toycra, minimum order ₹500.

This is a set that will definitely appeal to long-time F1 fans and collectors. Whether the price point justifies the historical significance and new printing techniques remains to be seen. Given the MRP, it’s probably wise to wait for potential discounts or bundle offers down the line, especially since it's an older driver focus rather than a current chart-topper.

On that bombshell, it's time to say goodbye. I'll see you on the next one. Bubyee.

Verdict: WAIT. Good set, but the price will drop.
